Sa Vinya d'en Palerm (Palerm´s vineyard) is an agricultural –cattle farm of 8 hectares placed in Pla Roig, in Sa Venda de Rubió, belonging to San Miguel de Balanzat´s parish, San Juan de Labritja municipal district. The Pla Roig is a representative place of Ibiza´s countryside, where the carob-trees, almond-trees and fig trees spread on the red land that gives its name. The majority of the families that reside in the place cultivate the land and raise animals. Walking along the surroundings will move the visitor to a world where it is lived in a different way. The house dates back to the late XIX th. century and nothing in it has been modified except the former stores for the grain and corrals which have been turned into five beautiful rooms for our guests. Some of them preserve the original roofs and walls and they all maintain Ibiza´s yesteryear rural spirit .

Close to this beach hostel, guests will find plenty of restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport. Shopping venues are found slightly further away as well as the lively marina.Renovated in 2002 the beach hostel consists of 45 rooms on 2 floors, of which 2 are singles and 43 and doubles. The hostel provides a pleasant lobby which contains a 24-hour reception, a hostel safe for guests valuables, a café, a kiosk, a games room and a bar. The inviting restaurant is à la carte and air-conditioned. Guests may park their cars in the car park and medical services complete the services on offer at this hostel.The inviting rooms are fitted with an en suite bathroom with a shower, telephone and a balcony.Table tennis and billiard tables are on offer in the hostel, and there is live music twice a week.A breakfast buffet is available every morning. At lunchtime and in the evenings guests may select dishes from the set menu or choose from the à la carte option.
