This property is located in a historic building next to Plaza España, renewed in 2008 and turned into a complex of 21 apartments. Its interiors combine charm with a simple and urban design, maintaining the historic ceilings. The result is a cosy atmosphere, which provides everything required for a pleasant stay in Barcelona. These apartments are situated in the Sants-Montjuïc neighbourhood, few minutes on foot from Plaza España, from where it is possible to reach on foot or by public transport the citys main tourist and commercial sites: Montjuïc with its fountains and the exhibition complex, Fira de Barcelona, Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia. The apartments – thanks to its proximity to the Sants station – enjoy convenient public transportation links, including the Aerobús bus service to and from Barcelonas airport.The Fira Centric Apartments offer three breakfasts (salty, sweet or american) for an additional fee (advance reservation required, for more information contact reception).

This is a simple but very well-maintained hotel, ideal for budget travelers who want to stay next the main train station, with good connections to every part of town. Rooms are basic but clean and well kept, with TV, air conditioning and telephone. The bathrooms have a small bathtub. Some exterior rooms provide small balconies. There is no restaurant. For breakfast, guests will need to pick up a continental breakfast bag at reception from 7.00 to 11.00 am. Alternatively, there are many snack bars nearby. The lobby is quite spacious for the size of this hotel; it has been renovated and offers some seating area.
