This modern apartment complex consists of 30 apartments, all having been completely renovated several years ago. The facilities in the building include an air-conditioned reception desk open 24 hours a day in the lobby. There is also a currency exchange facility, hairdressing salon, bar and a restaurant. In a park right next to the complex there is a children s playground. A car park is also nearby. Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is before 10 am.
