This hotel is low-rise modern building with a resort type feeling and surrounding gardens. The hotel offers a number of type of restaurants with various types of cuisine, which serve seasonal local products.

This is a 4 star hotel and aims to be an enjoyable resort for all generations together with heartfelt hospitality. There are a variety of open air baths and pools, open all year round. All are attractive, comfortable and well equipped. The lobby of the hotel is quite large in size with sitting areas in which clients can look out over the ocean and the city of Beppu. The building of the hotel is a white modern large building split into three sections, Hana building, Main building and Suginoi Palace which is the Spa Resort facility. The hotel has a wide variety of restaurants serving Japanese and Western cuisines, buffet style and tea lounges.
