The hotel provides complimentary transfer service to Shin Chitose Airport upon reservation. Twin,Triple and Double rooms are medium size and single room is small with simple decor. All are equipped with a hair-dryer, a small refrigerator, and tea making facilities and air-condition. Double room has a 180 cm width bed. Bathroom is small but in good condition. There is a Japanese restaurant next to the reception offering hot buffet breakfast to casual Japanese dinning. It is small with some sitting space and a few set of computer for Internet access. There are some steps on the way to the lobby from entrance.
