The hotel comprises a total of 13 rooms and was originally a rustic property before being converted into a typically Asturian building and fitted with air conditioning. Now used as a hotel, the neighbouring buildings have been preserved in rustic style, for example buildings on stilts and the apple wine factory, which today is a lounge area. The hotel is a member of the Casonas Asturianas club and was awarded the prize of Excelencia Turistica del Principado de Asturias in 2005.
