This is a recently opened hotel with full facilities suitable for both groups and individual travellers. The hotel is divided in two parts by the main stairs. There are 72 rooms in total: 2 of them are for handicapped persons. Moreover, there are some suites and 8 rooms can be triple rooms. All of them provided with air conditioning, central heating, full bathroom with phone, direct phone, TV, magnetic security lock, mini bar, safe box. they are all elegantly decorated and furnished in modern style. The restaurant is found in a nice room facing part of the most emblematic building in the city the Roman aqueduct. Service provided is buffet breakfast only. No lunch or dinner provided for individual clients although for groups is available on request. For individual clients there is room service from 20.00 till 23.00pm. The lobby area is welcoming and ample with sofas and marbled floors. The decoration is functional and smart.

The Antiguo Convento de Capuchinos building is located on the northern slope of the walled enclosure of Segovia, overlooking the valley of Eresma and access from the Plazuela de Capuchinos. The entire building is divided into 3 zones the church, the monastery complex and the residence of employers. The church houses an excellent restaurant. On the west side of the church were the dependencies of the employers with a garden to the Escalinata del Hospital de la Misericordia. These buildings are part of the current hotel building. The rooms have air conditioning, heating, cable TV, work desk and safe.
