The Nipa Hut s structure is concrete but the interior is made of bamboo, sawali and the roof is made of senepa, a local tree leaves similar to coconut weaved as its roof. Mob s Bar and Restaurant is located at the second level, a 16 hour coffee shop type serving Filipine and International foods. Interior is Medditerrean, native inspired.
