The hotel is suitable not only for business but also for sightseeing. It is filled with cultural elements inside and outside the hotel. It is only two blocks away from both Yamagata Museum and Bunshokan, a national heritage building build at the beginning of the twenty-century. In Yamagata, Yamadera is also a tourist attraction that should not be missed. The temple in a mountain is known for haiku (Japanese traditional poem) composed by the Haiku master, Basho, in Edo era. Zao area is also popular among tourists due to the hot springs, hiking route amid rich nature in summer and winter sports and silver frost in winter. It is accessible by bus in front of JR Yamagata station. All rooms are medium size, with simple decor. All are equipped with Mini-bar, Television and, in some rooms, Internet access available. Double room has 140cm wide bed. Bathroom is small but in good condition. There are three restaurants, French, Chinese and Japanese Cuisine.
