The hotel is a perfect choice for busy business travelers because of its convenient location where a lot of restaurants facilities are available, and for people who attend events in the area. All rooms are on the 11th to 19th floor. They are medium and very modern atmosphere with wooden furniture and white wall. The hotel keeps good security level as only staying guests are able to access to guest room floors by their room key. All are equipped with a personal desktop computer with television display, high speed internet access, trouser press, in-room safety box with electric plug, high quality bed(s) from SERTA and tea/coffee set. English TV programs (BBC and CNN) are available. Bathroom is medium and in good condition. A copy machine is on each guest room floor so guest can print document through a computer in room. (fee charged) There is no restaurant but is guest lounge, where breakfast and self-service coffee are available. It is on the 10th floor with some sitting space. On the same floor, there are some restaurants, lounge and bar. The lobby is connected by elevator just outside of exit of the station.

There are lots of choices of restaurants around the train station. The hotel was previously known as "Hotel Rich Yokohama" until 2003. This is a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers because of the convenient location. All rooms are small on average. All are simple decor with some wooden furniture. All are equipped with an empty refrigerator and hair dryer. All single rooms are equipped with internet access by LAN but no dress closet. There are some hungers on the wall instead. Bathroom is small but in good condition. There are three restaurants from choices of Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine, a lounge and bar in the hotel. It is medium with some sitting space. From the main entrance, guests have to go down stairs to the reception.
