The lodge comprises the following: a private lounge and bar, 2 swimming pools, wooden viewing decks, a secluded bird hide, private hammocks, conference room, health spa, curio shop & both an indoor and open-air (Boma) dining area. There are 18 luxurious thatched bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, outdoor & inside shower & wooden viewing deck. The bedroom area is air-conditioned with an overhead fan. All rooms have mini-bar & telephone access. The rooms are linked to all areas by raised wooden walkways. Bush breakfast : Guests are driven to either the river hide or one of the open plains were breakfast is served. There is also a large eternity swimming pool situated next to the wooden deck allowing unobstructed views of the Sabie River. Each luxuriously appointed suite (125m2) is air-conditioned, with en-suite bathroom and a double shower. The Tinga culinary experience is further enhanced by the tranquil settings in which the meals are enjoyed. Breakfast and lunch are enjoyed on the decks of the lodges, under the shade of the 200-year-old jackalberry tree. The gently flowing Sabie river and the soporific call of the emerald-spotted dove provide the perfect accompaniment to the range of delicacies prepared by the Tinga chefs. The thatched cathedral-like entrance leads through to the colonial comfort of the lounge, which opens onto the massive wooden deck overlooking the Sabie River.
