The hotel has a pleasant garden and many activities can be arranged to practice in the region. The 32 rooms feature wood beamed ceilings, and are austere and modestly ornamented to the keep the charm and the atmosphere of the past centuries when this castle was first built although all provide modern facilities. The rooms have marble bathrooms. The dining room offers dishes that are typical of the region, such as roast young lamb "ternasco asado", and typical sweets: Alma pancakes and almond cakes. Gothic walls, plateresque tomb and baroque facade are inserted into an interior with soft, orange-coloured shades, adorned with Spanish wood furniture and beams.As in the rest of the building, the lobby features gothic wall-paintings.

Location

The parador is located at the top of the Cerro Pui-Pinos, at the foot of which extends a city of squares with porticos and narrow streets with balconies, maintaining its medieval charms. Alcaniz is located 105 kilometres from Zaragoza.
