This is a good choice for both business and leisure travelers who are looking for budget accommodation.
All rooms are situated on 4th to 9th floor. All are small in size with simple decor and equipped with internet access by LAN, a liquid-crystal display television and tea set. No closet exists in single room. Double room has one double bed 160cm width. Bathroom is small but in good condition.
There is a restaurant on the top floor offering breakfast and panoramic view of Northern Japan Alps mountains. In addition, there are some Japanese casual restaurants on the lower floors of the building.
To be unique, the lobby and reception is on the 10th floor (top floor) and it is small.

The hotel is located in the centre of Matsumoto City, only one minute walk from JR Matsumoto station. From Tokyo, it takes three hours by rapid train (Azusa) from Shinjuku station to Matsumoto. From Shinshu Matsumoto Airport, it takes 25 minutes by bus to Matsumoto Bus Terminal, which is just next to the hotel. Famous tourist point, Matsumoto Castle is 20 minutes walk from the hotel.
